Evelynn has so many conditions already, do we need to also let cc prevent usage of her ult??

Honestly, the absolute most feel bad part of Evelynn's kit is how her ultimate is completely made unusable by anyone with cc.

So many champs have a spell that can completely prevent usage of her ult. It hampers her team fight power dramatically. It makes her lose skirmishes even while ahead.

It sucks going into a fight, and then some random half second aoe cc means you no longer have an ult when you need it most.

Nerf something else if you have to, I want to know for certain that I actually have an ultimate.
