Ability to Share Item Sets

Okay so I'd like the ability to share item sets that I have made with my friends. I'm pretty much the guy who knows all the items among my friends group and most of my friends don't really get items so they are always asking me "what do I build" so forth so on... it would just be a lot easier if I could just build them item sets =\
