I usually dont comment on things not on live but I dont understand how this item works, I am using basic math just to get the idea how it works before armor reduction and everything

1. Assuming the passive is UP(able to be used) and you do 100 damage you then do 160 with the crit?
2. If the passive is down and you do 100 damage if you also have 10% crit chance and it does crit does that do 200 damage? or does it do 160 damage?
3. If the passive is down does it fall back to your normal crit chance?
