recall animations; no recall on howling abyss

wtf. star guardian lux recall animation is the best part of the skin. how am i supposed to serve my opponent in a dance off, when i cant spam that glorious theme tune?

can we fix that and turn recall animations into a separate emote on the howling abyss pls?
