Lee sin buff isnt that bad

SO a lot of people aren't happy about the lee buff I don't think its a big deal. Think about it this way a 5000 health volibear is kicked into a full health jinx voli has 2000 base health so that 3000 bonus health(I think runes and masteries are bonus need confirmation) at 3rd rank it would do 630 damage to the jinx which is a good amount but there are a few other things its not true damage jinx will have base armor+ runes and masteries so its not actually that huge, finally I feel like a lot of the times you want to insec the adc or midlaner into your team not kick a random tank
