can i get dropped to what ever my mmr is
i only gain 15 points per win and lsoe 23 its really hard 4 me to care about my games when its this bad

Your mmr is extremely lower than what it should be. If you want to get dropped to your mmr, just continue losing a lot.
I have no idea how to go about that, Send a support ticket? Not seeing why youd want to, I mean personally your gonna have to get your MMR up to climb anyhow so id just buckle down and try to win 2/3 the games your in.
