A return to League of Lucian?

I haven't played any of the beta changes so I'm talking out of my ass but if this is gonna be the season of the assasin I think it's safe to assume immobile carries will be shelved once again. If that's the case who will remain in the ADC spotlight? Definitely not Jinx, MF, possibly ashe but her R would be more defensive.

Anyone on the pbe that can chime in?
