I love the changes to Redemption.
It is weaker inately, but still feels like it used to once you have a few

This means it can't just be slapped on to champions with no heals or shields and makes it far more potent on champ who have allied heals and shields. I'd argue it even is rather underwhelming on champs that don't.
Supports like
now are mostly better off fully committing to
and other AP items for team disruption and damage now, which is a fair trade off in that case.
And while champs like
and to a lesser degree
(if they get
and
) can still opt into these and do okay, it is still substancially less effective on them since they won't be stacking Healing/Shielding bonuses.
Good job Riot. This was the change it needed to bring it into line.
