J4 in the bot lane

I don't know if our adc was feeding on purpose or is J4 was just abusing some item build but when I went to help I got one shot by an auto and duskblade. He went 16 and 2 within the first 15 mins and was slapping up everyone and everything. Needless to say we surrendered. Now I'm gonna go see if this was a glitch or if J4 is broken
