Is there an actual schedule for rotating game modes?

The only featured game type I really care at all about is Hexakill, and occasionally poro king.

So it would be nice to know when either of these are coming up... is there an actual schedule, or a set rotation... or is it all random?

Someone on the League subreddit did some fancy programming that I don't understand and found the schedule for 8 weeks (after poro king is nexus siege). So there is a schedule, just not public(?)
