Where are the Graves nerfs.

He has been tier #1 this entire season. His only nerf this season was in 8.11 were he lost 3 base AD and got 10/5/0 seconds tacked onto his ultimate which is nothing. Rito pls explain.

Honestly Scuttle just needs to be reverted, that's the only reason he's top tier. His ability to early duel means that Scuttle is effectively his guaranteed and Scuttle greatly contributes to the success of junglers.

Why? i mean 26% pick ratio and 52% win ratio is totally fine.I mean look at lucian,20% pick ratio and 51% win ratio and hes getting buffed on pbe.

they wont nerf him , they will keep him strong in both low and high elo and to make him a champion for smurfs to climb on easily

Why do we even need him to be nerfed? I know that a lot of people hate him, but personally for me he has never been annoying for me. Champs like Zed are what I want to see nerfed.

Have you played Graves before? If he wasn't monstrously overpowered he'd never be played since he's so incredibly boring.

If you want an response you can start by not lying about him being OP the whole seasons when he basically wasn't picked all year till the 8.8 buffs and wasn't really top tier until 8.10 with the scuttle changes. Then he got nerfed harder then any other marksman during the 8.11 marksman nerfs and is only OP currently cause they over buffed ADC items after a bunch of pros and streamers cried. Shocker the Jungler Marksman uses Marksman items and is now OP because marksman are 1 v 9ing ever game and ever pro team is trying to pick double marksman comps frequently meaning Graves/Kindred/Corki blind picks and Lucian/vayne counter picks top mid.
