Possible thornmail rework?

Suggestion for a thornmail rework 3500 gold 500 health 50 armor Unique passive: Reduces physical damage taken by 10% Unique passive: Armor pen/shred/lethality has its effectiveness reduced against this target by 75% Unique passive: Reflects 15% of physical damage taken (+20% of armor) back at the target as physical damage (calculated before armor reduction)

Might be a little overtuned but imo we need something like this right now with how easy it is to ignore armor
