I think the mass amount of CDR in items has led to our issues with Assasins\burst champions today

Riot is converting a lot of items to have 20% CDR, Needing to build Frozen heart for that CDR goodness is a thing of the past. Why build a frozen heart instead of a gauntlet? like really? especially now with all the armor penetration even worse with all the true and %hp dmg that is around the game now. Popular dmg items like gauntlet and trinity now give 20% cdr when already a large number of items did. I think we should have to choose from the limited item slots but now building a champion seems like a no brainer theres no tough decition. Dmg\tank items are the way to go.
