Personal skill is irrlevant
this is 100% true at least in lower elo, or at least in silver
If your individual skill doesn't impact the game then you are either playing at your skill level or a little above it. If you are playing below your level it is easy to have a massive impact.
this.. if you play at a consistent skill every game.. do well every game. then you act as a constant. unless you actually fuck up, you lose lane.. you get the enemy fed. the other variables are the 9 other players.. all of which are 100% outside your control.
all you can do is do YOUR best. you can lead a horse to water... you cant make it drink.
people say "well your only player that's in all of your games" yeah we are, therefore we by definition are the CONSTANT, and if we play googd every game... then by definition, as a "constant" we are irrelevant to the outcome of the game as it will be determined by the VARIABLES (which are the other 9 players), not by the "constant" which is you.
obviously if you do bad then you are consistently throwing, and that will easily lose you the game...
but doing "constantly good" will NOT win you a game. unless you playing champs like
or some other champ that can single-handedly 1v5 their team for an ace and end the game off it.
everyone else.. relies on their TEAM. and THAT is what we CANNOT control.
especially when riot likes to pretend that fresh lvl thirty's first time ranked are "silver" when there is zero change in hell they could climb out of bronze.
i am posting this here because SOMEBODY removed a fantastic threat that promoted discussion rather that being a complete shit post. and yet THAT is one thread that gets removed... way to go riot/mods..
