Yah so I really wanna get promoted I have had horrible amounts of AFK's and ragequits I was Gold last season and my other account Lolenforcer already is gold this season despite starting in silver 2 or silver 4ish from positional ranks.
If you're trying to win a promo, the first 3 things you need to do are:
Play your best champions/roles DO NOT LET ANYONE KNOW THESE ARE YOUR PROMOS! Play to your strengths and don't worry about your teammates' mental capacity. If you're worrying about them, you're not focusing on you. Even as a support, you can solo carry. Ask my Lulu. :P
What roles do you play?
What champs?
Do you have a freind who can play with you in a way that synergyses with your playstyle or champ?
Do you make sure you have or ban yi?
Are you being positive in game?
Are you making sure no one else knows its your promos?
update: I just won my silver 3 promos and now I am silver 2 thanks for the tips everyone!
Its Promos so Riot WILL put known AFKers and Int Feeders/Trolls on your team.
I would suggest Duoing with someone that is just under your MMR BUT is not a feeder.
