Bigger punishment for AFK, DCs?

Really sick of losing games because your teammate started a game knowing they had a tornado going on in their area. For me AFK/DCs are much worse than toxic players cuz at least you can win with toxic players...

• they cause a lot of toxic players to act the way they act. Leaverbuster really doesn't punish these players that much as waiting 10 minutes for a game isn't that bad. Leaving should have at least a bigger punishment because there are still so many of these people that like to take chances by fitting a 30 minute game with 10 minutes to spare.
