Can we get our dev team back?

This is going to get downvoted just because i know nobody on these forums has a brain We need our old dev team back, our season three dev team. Riot is just in it for the money now and its pretty obvious. They're balancing champs around skins and its making the game more unbalanced than ever before. I know that at least Ahri and Ezreal are going to be getting nerfed really soon because the new arcade skins were just released for them and in turn someone else will be buffed so that they can make new 30 dollar skins for those champs, rinse and repeat. Something else I'd like to mention is cheating. Riot doesn't think that its a thing but it is. Its not that hard to just google "scripts for 'X champion'" and you'll find tons of results. But never once have i seen anyone banned for it let alone people who blatantly trash talk and dont get banned for that. Do people even get banned anymore? Ever since 10 pennies per game bought riot everythings gone down hill and i hate it. I used to love this game back in season three when every game was neck-and-neck, where either team couldve won. What happened to that? Why did riot just give up?
