Custom games

Will there ever be an update to custom games that would make it easier for people looking for hosts to joining a host looking for more players? In the current state of Custom games, ~50% are bots and a large majority of the rest are people kicking randoms. Why not make lobbies private by default so that its easier to find a community looking for randoms.
