His Q needs a bigger cost whether that be mana or CD. There comes a point in lane where there's no window for a trade when his shield isn't up. This is not fun to play against. He also scales insanely into mid-late game so builds defensively but still deals high amounts of damage. The game feels so unbalanced right now with picks like this popping up.
