she seriously needs a nerf...she ALWAYS has her ulti cuz while tibbers runs around its going in CD and her ul+stun lasts tooo friggin long ...even with tenacity boots.theres no way to fight against an insta kill combo with her. At least make it so her ulti goes into CD AFTER tibbers is dead.
She has no escape and is a mid range mage. She also has to risk getting into the fight to kill important targets. I think she has enough weaknesses that she is in a decent spot atm. There are many champions with far more balance issues than her lol.
We have op assassins running amuck in this meta.
Syndra who is getting true damage to her kit.
Garen who is now an anti tank jaggurnaut.
And a Rylais nerf that makes a shit ton of ap users weaker.
And your complaining about a fucking champion who is so full of bugs she is almost to the point of being unplayable.

Without flash she has to charge right dead smack up to your face with zero gap closers/ms buffs/escapes or any other kind of mobility. If you/your team can't cc,kill,fall back, or reposition before then you deserve the burst.
Her passive needs to have a time-out so she can't just hold it and zone so hard.
She's not the most pressing issue, but parts of her kit could be improved for a healthier champion. Annie's success in teamfights largely depends on getting that flash-tibbers on the right targets. If Annie's ahead, she can one shot squishies and there's not much counterplay. But if she's behind it can be difficult to have an impact if you're lacking that burst damage, and then you just have Tibbers awkwardly walking around. I would say nerf her burst damage on her ult, but improve Tibber's AI and interactions
At least it doesn't go on a 20 second CD if you don't kill it anymore.
Why isn't her stun like vlad Q rush?
after timbers is dead i think is suitable, she's a burst mage so she does need tibbers to be strong, but ye the CD + Active seems to constant, plus the bear itself ia now crazy fast and hits for a fair amount too.
If you have 40% Cd you can actually have Tibbers up at all times. The risk part with annie is just stupid because Annie will most likely kill atleast one in 1v2 scenarios.
OP Assassins such as...? Fizz is weaker than he was previously unless he can land a max rank ult. Kha is only powerful if you are isolated. Kat I don't have much experience with. Rengar is the only one who got more powerful, but his bonetooth did get nerfed some. Talon I have no experience with. And LeBlanc is now a mage instead of assassin.
