Suggestion For All Random Ultra Rapid Fire

So I've only played 3 games of this pure gold but I have a serious problem with the champs we (all 10 of us) keep on getting. And that is the champs we are getting. It seems that every game (3 plus one that my friend is playing right now as I write) there is always 2 or more (excuse me) bullshit champs that is OP on URF. Not only that, but we as a team don't really get to learn how to play our characters only because we die within the first 2 minutes. After these 3 glorious games of ARURF a brilliant idea came to me:

Introduce the banning system to ARURF

I know I will encounter more Garens, Shacos, Kayles, etc. in the future, but it will be nice to have the option of banning them. Although this will take our some of the randomness, it will introduce more of a chance to actually play against the champs we are given.
