"Spell Shields It’s well-known that spell shields can block multiple abilities that hit at the exact same time - basically, spell shields protect you for a tiny window of time, regardless of what hits you in that moment. This window is very slightly inconsistent depending on server refresh rates. Combined with the fact that certain spells in our game (like Corki’s R - Missile Barrage) are broken into multiple sections code-side, this means that on rare occasions, some part of these ‘multi-hit’ abilities falls on the wrong side of the refresh and ‘goes through’ spell shields. We’ve refactored the window to be consistent so this shouldn’t happen anymore. SPELL IT OUT Fixed a bug where certain abilities could pop a spell shield and still take effect."

Now this change makes me slightly concerned. Specifically because this annoying window allows Sivir spellshield to block ignite (which I'm 100% certain it should NOT). When playing Kat, I often E->ignite->W when the enemy is low enough to die from that combo. The problem is that I've had at least 10 instances where Sivir spellshields just before I hit E, and since I hit E and ignite really quickly one after the other, my ignite and my E are both cancelled. This leads to the Sivir running away from me with less than 100 hp because the ignite never ticked on her.

Please don't tell me this window that you just made more consistent will allow those moments to happen more often. These moments tilt me more than pressing E on a Vi charging Q and still getting sucker punched despite being behind her (Yes this happens often as well)
