Voice Comms

Hey, I was just wondering what the status on voice communication was? I know other games have this and I think it would be very beneficial to LoL. Though some say this would increase the toxicity, I think actually speaking to someone will make the flamer realize that the guy they are talking to is a real, actual person. This would make the situation much more humane and (hopefully) decrease the amount of flaming. In addition, it can help create effective communication. While there will obviously be some people who are against the idea of this, I know some other games have options to opt-out or turn off voice chat. Tell me what you guys think about this. Thanks!
