Please Riot make Fiddlesticks great again.

So I've played league since beginning of season 3 and first champ was fiddlesticks.. loved the champ thought he was great and balanced. For instance you could provide game changing team fights but would get killed when out of position and in the right scenarios you could 1v1 other junglers. However slowly but surely Riot nerfed him away and made him into a champion that they constantly label as a problem in other champions, this being a champion overly dependent on their ultimate. Going down from his passive through his abilities. His passive was nerfed because it was somehow OP however it was almost identical to the passive that amumu currently has, and it was replaced with anything decent as the movement speed is borderline useless. His fear was nerfed down from 3 to 1.75 seconds which is all fine and dandy however that fear was used in 1v1 fighting to protect the squishy fiddlesticks. His AP ratio on his drain was reduced. His E does minimal damage and can no longer bounce to a champion twice if there are targets that have not been hit. Finally his ultimate the basis of what makes fiddle great. If you were going to nerf fiddlesticks everywhere else then why not buff his ult to keep him viable. However this was not the case. I simply ask that you please do something to fix this once great chance Riot. Thanks.
