Can we please address the gunblade issue

I'm a Kat main.

Kat is too strong at the moment.

Continually nerfing Katarina will not solve that.

Gunblade is an issue. Gunblade is only ever built on 4 champions, but mainly just Kat and Akali.

Kat and Akali shamelessly abuse this item. Mostly because it's a pretty hefty slow with hybrid scalings.

On characters with hybrid scaling and designed specifically not to have CC in their kit.

It doesn't make sense to me, don't make the same mistake you did with Kog'Maw and Irelia. Don't confuse champion strength with item strength.
