matchmaking glitches.

there is a glitch were someone in your party shows as in lobby but hes really not. and when you go into the champ selection hes not there and when i exit i get banned. i mean its not my fault that the game is glitched why isn't there a simple leave champ selection button that if i leave some random person joins instead of me why does it have to be so hard and punishing

this already happened twice today. TWICE man c'mon why do I have to wait 20 minutes every time i leave a champ selection. the other day i left before my team was acting a fool and they had like 3 jgs so i left and i was banned. for the love of god if we have not started a game don't ban us.
