Meta is out of wack due to Riot leaving towers unchanged post mid season update

The meta right now consists of overbearing tanks. ADC's and supports are now coupled pretty much and can dive you just like a tank can due to overpowered shields. ADC alone is nothing but when paired with a shielding or even a CC support they become untouchable (literally). All the recent itemization changes from the mid season tank update were implemented without a thought about towers or game flow.. notice how NO CHANGES were made to towers or the gold economy in the game. Due to ignoring these two major aspects of the game the meta is buck wild with nothing to tie it in place this causes immense balance issues top to bottom.

Too the balance team when you attempt at making tanks do better at what they are designed to do the first interaction that you shouldn't be careless with is tower diving interactions and team sieges. Towers are the key to winning the game period you NEED to destroy towers but when you dont change towers post mid season it leaves games even more one sided than before. Towers need to deal true damage and become beefier (more HP , stat resistances). Gold flow and exp must also go up for compensation of dragged on games lasting an eternity. So game flow / pace should be fast but towers should actually do shit too so players actually feel like they have a base.

Also it would be nice if teams could upgrade their towers wither its tier 2 or etc. Teams could deposit gold individually and make decisions via vote to put insurance/fortification somewhere. Its a good way to dispense the extra gold from buffing gold flow that i am suggesting.
