Are any other low-scaling tanks going to get the Galio treatment?

Since Galio got almost double his AP scalings due to poor performance as a tank (because the majority of tank items were nerfed), are we going to get any other tanks with their scaling increased?

I'd like to see Poppy's scaling increased, or at least switched to total AD instead of bonus AD, since that kind of scaling is intended for divers rather than off-tanks. She's especially deserving of that kind of buff, since her abilities are mainly counter-engage.

Maybe give Maokai back some AP scaling, but on his Q instead of his saplings. Or even revert the changes to his E so he can actually, you know, land the ability on human players that aren't bots and maybe follow it up with an ult that isn't point-blank.
