So what was the point of the mage "rework"
Only a few mages actually got reworked to be in a better spot than before. Top and jungle are still broken

With the whole mana regen removal they should improve other mages to have mana refunds IMO
they focused on the immobile champions to give a slot back in the meta. Rather than always picking a yasuo, zed, ahri etc, its allows those champs like brand, syndra, annie to be played at a more competitive level.
