A compromise between game lenght and snowball-meta

A lot of players don't like a snowball heavy meta, because in most people's opinion neither winning nor loosing is fun if it's an absolute stomp that ends after 15 minutes. However I can also understand from riot's point of view, that it might be better to shorten the game, to make it more casually. People don't have time to play one-hour games everytime, because of their real life activities. A different approach might be a compromise for both sides:

  • Increase the overall gold income from minions/kills/passive gold generation and increase all experience gained
  • Nerf the (recently added) snowball obejectives: First turret extra gold/rift herald/global gold The game would be faster because everyone gets items and level faster, but not too one-sided. It's not that easy to snowball the game after getting a tiny bit ahead in the early game.
