Anyone else experiancing a bug with Jhins ult?

Everytime I use Jhins ultimate, the people on screen seem to teleport or clip around the screen after every shot, kinda like how lag would work in a shooter game. Yet lag does not work this way in league, and my ping is at a constant 44. Even people with no dash abilities seem to go from one place to another, usually after every shot. Even when I start the ultimate, in example one time I started it, and people were on one side of the wall near bottom tri, yet after I used it they were still visible on the other side of the wall, then after I fired my first shot they suddenly appeared on the other side; They did not flash either.
