Ranked System pimp

Hey there!

I just had a discussion with an ingame friend about the ranked system and I had the idea, how it could be more optimized .

I have to admit, I play in bronze and silver leagues, and it happens very otfen, that the players in my team cant play a role or a champ what they choose. The new ranked system gave us already a big help to avoid troll picks, when they dont get the lane what they want. Thank you for that, I was very pleased to play in the new ranked system. Anyway I realized, that players can choose a role or a champ what they cant even play. I think for that stage is the normal game.

My idea is, to limit the champ picks in the ranked system by the mastery level. I think, to play in ranked with a specific champ, the player has to play him at least 20-30 times to know how it works, what the best builds are, what kind of synergy it can bring to the team. It would avoid several looses for other players, who just might to have a teammate with a fresh bought new champ in the game. If somebody goes to play ranked, he has to know how to play the role what he picked and the champ also. Else its just not fun for the others to suffer the consequence.

The second thought is the following: Very often happens, that someone has bad internet connection, or just leaves the game. Yeah, its bad luck. But the consequence of bad luck can be optimized, because this game shouldnt depend on how lucky we are, but more on professional skills. If we have an afk in our team and we loose, the LP reducation should be smaller. I would say at least 20% less for 1 afk member in the team. It would also help a lot to bronze and silver players to reach their goals.

I hope my words will be heard, and there would me more optimization in the game. Sorry for english mistakes.
