...and you give Tristana some teeny tiny nerfs (well not actually but in comparison to her W-Change) which will affect her...not as much. You see she mainly jumps in with W anyways for an all-in but thats not what I wanna talk about.

What I want is Tris to be hit where it hurts. And this is her ACTUAL safety (e.g. W / R). You already increased her R CD but that won't do much either, no. Instead reduce the knockback distance from 600/800/1000 to 400/500/600. 1000 is almost twice her range and there is no need for a 1k I repeat myself 1 damn thousand range knockback which is also a finisher/nuke.

Another possible way would be to, instead of completely resetting the W CD on max. E, return 30/40/50/60/70% of the TOTAL cooldown of her W. Especially with the added damage on it, this would make her early WAY less safe and her late not as disgusting as it is now, where you have to burn at LEAST 3 dashes (if she has flash) and unless you are Akali or oneshot her before she can escape (which is HIGHLY unlikely).

I mean Tris has ALWAYS been Meta when Crit was strong, and since you refuse to weaken Crit as a whole and instead individually "nerf" the Crit abusers start thinking about why they are so cancerous to play against and nerf THAT part of it and not OVERCOMPENSATING a smol nerf to the range (which is on lv 18 -8 range by the way) with a LARGE damage increase on her RESET spell.

Note: This sounds salty but I can't acknowledge any Tristana player as skillful because she really isn't at least not currently.
