this game seriously needs a new placement system for beginners

hello,

i made my 10 placement games and ended up silver 3. However there is something very weird about it.

let me explain i encoutered a lot of bronzes and my opponents too.

However some bronzes were pretty good and some of them really bad.

And what made me sad was a shyvana that told in game that she began the game 2 months ago and wasn't expecting to play against players of that level. She was lost, she fed she wanted to help the team but she had not enough experience to do it.

I felt bad for the gold/silver opponent player which had bronzes beginners in their team and it was a little big disturbring to have them with you.

I mean for silver and bronze players and for beginners it will be better to have a beginner rank.

Make a Beginner tier like an intermediary rank : After 20 ranked games between beginners if they have at least 30% of victory rate put them in bronze V.

At least beginners won't get destroyed and they will not impact games of the most experienced players.
