Can we make Champion Mastery 8 Something Cool?

Like, you need to kill 5 members from each of the factions to unlock Level 8 (then grind up to it). E.g. Targon, Bilgewater, Demacia, Noxus, Shurima, - you get the idea.

5 members from each location that actually has 5 champions associated. Something that might be more of a hunt?
