Looking for 3's ranked partners

I have over 60% win rate on champs I am good with: Fiddle, sion, Illaoi, annie. can jungle pref lane. I am trying to climb and have fun but 50% (not exaggerating) of my games consist of my team being 3 randoms and enemy is a 3 man premade. I am so fed up with this matchmaking. If there are so many premades, why don't they get matched only with themselves. PST on forums to invite me to 3 man premade, I will only give you a chance if your win rate is as high as mine with at least 4 champs like me.
