distribute more gold to assisting players with bounty gold

new bounty sytem is pretty good for solo kills or funnelling gold to carries but I feel like a little love should go to assisting players especially in teamfights where killing quickly is necessary, I'm sure we've had times where the 1200g goes to the now 1/11 blitz while we get a measly 50g.
