Team Theme Unlocker idea

You know how in ARAM, you can use those skin unlocks that allow everybody to choose any skin for the champion they got and gives some bonus IP? I was wondering if we could have a cheaper and more limited version of that for every game mode? If you notice a good number of your teammates have champions that share a theme with your champion, you can spend a small amount of RP or a decent chunk of IP to unlock skins that share the same theme as the one you have active on your champion. So if you notice you have a Akali, Thresh, and Kalista on your team, you could unlock the Blood Moon theme and those champions could use the respective skins.

I know it would take a bit of grunt work considering you would have to assign sets for every skin theme amongst the hundreds of skins that currently exist in the game, but I think it would be worth it. It could produce some extra income and serve as an IP sink for those long time players with way too much IP.
