team of 4 with one person left out

whenever you play in a draft pick and you get matched with a group of 4, your having to deal with them ignoring you or your the
center of all blame.... this needs to be changed. like 4 ppl queue should be removed or some sort of barrier should be added so that if you dont want to be placed with a premade team of 4 then you can toggle it in the options menu.
