DISCONNECT THEN RECONNECT NON-STOP ALL GAME, EVERY GAME

When the in-game timer hits 0:47, my game freezes and the "Attempting to Reconnect" window pops up for exactly 30 seconds then goes away and I'm back to normal again BUT FOR ONLY 30 SECONDS. This cycle restarts every 30 seconds for the entire game. Does anybody know what is going on??? I've tried everything to fix this but nothing HELPS. IT'S NOT MY INTERNET CONNECTION, IT MUST BE THE GAME. HELP MEEE!
