Baron buff, champions, minions, and how they should interact

Proposal: Baron buff should have stacks on minions for each nearby champion with the buff.

Reasoning: Right now even if one person has the buff the minions get the full buff.

Baron should be a team objective and in turn a team push buff. On the same note an enemy team should be rewarded more heavily for eliminating enemy champions with the baron buff. The struggle is real when you are behind and make a great play, only to have an enemy still with baron, and you are stuck still facing these super powered minions.

By slightly increasing the maximum buff a minion can receive, but at the same time requiring the entire team to have the buff to achieve said status, it makes plays of catching enemy teams off guard while they get baron that much more rewarding and less rewarding for a team that makes it out with only 1 or 2 champions even in close team fights.

It also forces a team to decide is it better to spread out the buff to the lanes and split push or to full push as a team.

to give an example of how it would compare to live

Live: 100% buff with even 1 champion around Proposed update: 1 champion nearby with buff: 25% buff (of live values) 2 champions: 45% buff (of live values) 3 champions: 65% buff (of live values) 4 champions: 90% buff (of live values) 5 champions: 105% buff (of live values)
