Had anyone been taking a look at toplane winrates?

I find it sad that a significant number of tanky champions remain in the gutter even after all these patches.

The champions who remain dumpstered are generally the ones who had sunfire as a core and continue to build it. According to op.gg and league of graphs, poppy and mundo have very low winrates in diamond+, and that doesn't even get much better as you lower the ranks. (Ornn does too, as does galio and a few other champions like Shen and naut, but those are less consistent among the sites and some are improving. In addition ornn has buffs on the way, and Galio is a mid laner so I can't compare him directly)

It's really sad to see these two champions, who I personally enjoy very much, be left like this for an extended period of time while other champions get buffs only a few patches after being weak.(you know who I'm talking about)

I understand that preseason is going to shake up the meta a lot, but once that happens and the dust settles, who will remain on top? I highly doubt the preseason is going to make these champions better, as every single update thus far has pumped power either directly or indirectly into adcs.

I WILL wait for things to blow over, but I expect more from Riot's balance team. Riot, you do some great things, but you also manage to screw a lot of things up, even now. I want you to know that I'm not here to bash on you, but to give insight. Please take into concideration what I say, as I believe there is at least SOME truth in it.
