The new rift herald buff is good at taking down a tower.

if your enemy is in lane. the buff isn't enough to take down two. its good enough for a tower and it does. if you're so ahead that you can kill enemies twice and take two with it your problems are bigger than the rift. you're just too behind regardless

I think the buff strength is being heavily exaggerated at the moment.
