Make K.D counted in terms of "ranked points"

I'm stuck in bronze due to the inexperienced players I randomly get teamed up with. And no, I do not like to blame others, but I have a small feeling that I'm doing good most parts of the time even though we lose.

And those of you who says "If you're good enough you can carry the team", bug off! I've tried so many times, It doesn't help. I've played so many games were I was decent or possibly great, but my team wasn't. And that's often the main reason why I lose a lot of my ranked games.

In order to fix this, please develop a system were your K.D and ratings does matter in terms of ranked points. I'm so tired of being the only one who does anything in my team...
