Possible help with team issues. (idea)

Hi! I had just been thinking a lot after a couple losing streaks to massive massive feeders. I realize that it happens and I should carry and all that stuff, but sometimes it's just impossible when your team drops 10 kills in 10 minutes with no intention of stopping.

So I was considering what may be a viable solution. Why doesn't riot work towards something that adjusts how much you lose/win in accordance with your individual performance. Maybe even something similar to how they award points in fantasy teams. May not work but it seems like if they were to implement something like this it would probably cut feeding down to an extent and increase the quality of games, and possibly toxicity of the community.
