@Riot Current state of Karthus?

You've said that you think Karthus is in an OK spot, a bit strong with Rod of Ages, but overall OK. However, what do you think about his current ultimate? It's kinda missing that oomph™. I mean anything could work for it really, a lower cooldown, or higher scaling, or maybe just a global quote. What are your thoughts?
