@ RIOT can you finally do something about the disconnect situation?

Ranked game. Attempting to reconnect message as I'm CLEARLY winning trades vs Irelia as Riven top lane. I reconnect to the game with a death and 2 levels behind. Absolutely no chance of catching up on my own in lane, so I'm praying my jungler who is also several levels behind the enemy Irelia can coordinate a completely uneven gank for me vs a now deadly Irelia. 1 disconnect can ruin the whole flow of a ranked game. If this is going to continue can we PLEASE address it and figure out a way to balance this shit?
