There's always gonna be bias for the balance both on the community and on riot's side. I'm not here to comment about how now Naut's Q doesn't bully you because of that 10 damage they took away or how they finally fixed Cait shooting 5 headshots while in zhonyas.

There's a Viktor bugfix there on the main changes and down below on the bugfix corner there's a hidden buff for Garen and Darius? Ok, maybe force the damage of Garen's Q through a spellshield, but is the silence also included? And about Darius I'm probably just reading it wrong and it was always supposed to be like that, but it still sounds like a random buff to his R.
