@Meddler With Taric's Bravado and Miss Fortune's Love Tap scaling down with cdr, does this mean that

Ezreal's Mystic Shot and Lucian's Relentless Pursuit will have their cooldown on hit scale down with cooldown reduction as well? It seems like a fair thing to do, especially considering how you only ever see Ezreal and Lucian in majority of matches alongside Jhin, with both taking high amounts of cdr. I feel like bot lane is the one lane that lacks in diversity the most these past 3 1/2 months. Maybe it's just me, though, but I rarely support an adc that isn't Ezreal, Lucian or Jhin while facing an Ezreal, Lucian or Jhin.
