Queuing those with Keystones with those who do not.

Can Riot please fix the queuing issue, so they are not constantly putting people with Keystone masteries with people who don't have them?

It's frustrating when you're level 12, or 13, or whatever this account is, and you're going against someone in lane with a keystone... because they basically make the lane unwinnable. Especially when you get two or three people with them. I say if people are queuing up together, if any of them have keystone masteries, then put them in a game where everyone has them. (as it's their choice to queue with someone higher than them.). Otherwise, don't.

I know it's not a big deal, and only matters to a few players who're either levelling up smurfs or new to the game. But it should be addressed, imo.
